LOCATION:Remote - PH

Summary		The ServiceTrade Configuration Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end setup, optimization, and ongoing administration of the ServiceTrade platform. This role acts as the critical link between field operations and back-office teams, ensuring the system is configured to support efficient service delivery, accurate reporting, and scalable growth.


Responsibilities
System Configuration
  • Configure and maintain ServiceTrade entities including service lines, job types, assets, and deficiency tracking.
  • Align system structure with operational workflows and compliance requirements.
  • Continuously optimize configurations as business processes evolve.

Workflow Automation
  • Design and manage automated workflows, triggers, and status transitions across the service lifecycle.
  • Improve scheduling, dispatching, and technician productivity through smart automation.
  • Reduce manual data entry and operational friction.

Onboarding, Migration & Support
  • Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems into ServiceTrade.
  • Serve as a high-level escalation point for office staff and field technicians.
  • Develop documentation and best practices for system usage.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Build custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as:
    • Technician utilization
    • Revenue per hour
    • Deficiency conversion rates
  • Partner with leadership to deliver actionable operational insights.

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Proven experience implementing or administering ServiceTrade in a commercial service environment (HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing preferred).
  • Strong understanding of mobile workforce management, dispatching, and field service operations.
  • Ability to translate operational requirements into effective technical configurations.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams.
