We are looking for experience for Registered Nurse-RN to support our US team.

Location: Remote/Residing Philippines
Employment Type: Full-time/Independent contractor
Duration: Long term
Shift: US Day shift

Responsibilities:

Conduct remote clinical assessments, triage, and consultations via phone or digital platforms
Review patient health information, symptoms, and care plans for clinical accuracy and safety
Provide patient education on disease management, medications, preventive care, and wellness
Support and guide health coaches, community health coordinators, and other non-registered staff
Escalate medical concerns appropriately and coordinate with physicians or external providers as needed
Ensure proper clinical documentation in line with company protocols and local regulations
Maintain compliance with PRC standards, internal clinical guidelines, and quality requirement

Qualifications:

Active PRC Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Clinical experience in primary care, outpatient, telehealth, wellness, or community health
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Basic proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs) or digital health systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in telehealth, care coordination, or population health programs
Background in health education, coaching, or preventive care

Experience supporting or supervising non-clinical health staff
