PeoplePlustech is urgently looking for SAM Publisher Lead (Remote)

Indian preferred:

Responsibilities:

Implement Software Asset Management policies & Procedures.
Design service catalogs for Software request management and lifecycle.
Handle medium to large scale SAM projects as a project manager and publisher lead
Understand and manage a publisher’s contract and use rights.
Administer ServiceNow SAM Pro functionally and technically. Troubleshoot ServiceNow SAM Pro platform issues and escalate to platform vendor
Perform customization activities in terms of custom license metrics, custom part numbers, creating pattern normalization and reclamation rules
Experienced in creating SaaS integrations and resolving technical gaps
Review medium to complex Effective License Position (ELP) reports.
Conduct SAM maturity assessments and provide recommendations and remediations as a Sr. Consultant.

Qualifications:

At least 10 years similar experience or work mentioned above.
Competent on up to 4 tier 1 publishers (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, VMware, SAP) & any 3 Tier 2 publishers (Salesforce, Adobe, Quest, Autodesk, Microfocus, Citrix,Veritas, Informatica )
Expert functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro
Indepth knowledge of publisher contracts and use rights.
Experience in reviewing medium and complex ELPs
Technically strong in creating Out of the box and custom reports and dashboards.
Expert in conducting SAM maturity assessments and independently provide recommendations and remediations as a Sr. consultant.
Amenable to work US Day shift and on an independent contractor arrangement.

A Plus if you have Certification on Software Asset Manager (CSAM) or CIS (SAM Pro implementation).
