We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Architect – VMware NSX to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade virtualization, network, and hybrid infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in VMware NSX-T, virtualization platforms, cloud infrastructure, storage, networking, and disaster recovery frameworks. 

This role requires both architectural thinking and operational execution capability within complex enterprise environments. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement VMware NSX-T network virtualization solutions 

  • Architect and manage VMware vSphere/ESXi and Nutanix AHV platforms 

  • Administer and support VMware NSX environments 

  • Support hybrid and cloud platforms including AWS and Microsoft Azure 

  • Design and manage secure network architectures (VLANs, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP) 

  • Oversee SAN/NAS storage configurations and provisioning 

  • Manage Windows Server and Linux (RHEL) environments 

  • Lead or contribute to infrastructure project planning and execution 

  • Implement Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) strategies aligned with RPO/RTO requirements 

  • Conduct DR testing and validation exercises 

  • Maintain CMDB and application dependency mapping 

  • Implement and enforce security & compliance controls (MFA, passkey integration, Windows Hello for Business, patch management) 

  • Configure and support server hardware (rack and blade configuration, storage provisioning) 

  • Provide documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and SOPs 

    Qualifications:
     

  • VMware NSX-T (Design, implementation, administration) 

  • VMware vSphere / ESXi 

  • Nutanix AHV 

  • Infrastructure Project Management background 

  • Network Data Administration 

  • Networking Fundamentals (VLANs, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP) 

  • SAN/NAS storage concepts 

  • Windows Server and Linux (RHEL) 
     

  • Server hardware configuration and storage provisioning 

  • Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery planning and testing 

  • CMDB & Application ID dependency mapping 

  • Network Architecture expertise 

  • VMware NSX Administration advanced level 

  • Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, Windows 365 Cloud PC) 

  • AWS cloud platform familiarity 

  • Advanced DR strategy design 

  • Enterprise security architecture experience
