HRIT Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret payroll and HR data to support business decisions.
Work with SSLs to ensure secure data transmissions and integrations.
Manage and execute data conversion processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Provide implementation support for payroll system upgrades, migrations, or new deployments.
Collaborate with HRIT teams to optimize payroll-related data workflows.
Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards for payroll analytics.
Identify trends and insights to improve payroll processing efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with data security and payroll-related regulations.
Work closely with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and finance teams, to support payroll data needs.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably within a payroll or HRIT environment.
Strong knowledge of SSLs and data security protocols.
Experience with data conversion and system implementation support.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
Hands-on experience with HR and payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, ADP, or similar platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in HR analytics and payroll compliance.
Familiarity with API integrations for payroll and HR systems.
Understanding of labor laws and payroll processing best practices.
