We are looking for experience for Release Manager (ServiceNow-ITSM) to support our US team via remote.

Location: Remote India/PH
Employment Type: Full-time Independent Contractor
Duration: Open-ended contract
Shift: US Day Shift (8 hours shift)
Equipment: Company Provided


Responsibilities:
  • Establish and operationalize the Release Management process using the ServiceNow Release Management module.
  • Directly support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple infrastructure and network releases.
  • Ensure all releases adhere to defined governance standards, including testing, validation, risk assessment, and approvals.
  • Enforce release oversight and compliance across IT teams and service providers.
  • Track unplanned rollbacks and release-related incidents; perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive improvements.
  • Collaborate with ITSM teams, our client’s internal IT stakeholders, and service providers to develop release schedules and communication plans.
  • Facilitate post-release reviews to evaluate outcomes, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain release documentation, calendars, and reporting artifacts

  Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with the ServiceNow Release Management module.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL-based Release and Change Management practices.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure and/or network releases in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, globally distributed delivery model
