This is a full onsite work and an independent contractor work offer. You will be joining the Order To Cash team and helping them out with proposal creation, contract analysis, bid participation and pricing analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Provides contracts and pricing support within the SAP system, emphasizing CLM and Price Uploader
• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert on customer contracts and pricing agreements, providing guidance to technical personnel and country resources
• Interfaces with internal personnel to provide information about contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring accurate data entry in SAP
• Collaborates with country resources on contract creation/revision, execution, expiration/updates, and adjustments for post-award changes
• Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and bid documents to ensure full compliance with client requirements.
• Develop comprehensive proposals, including both technical and financial components, that effectively showcase the company’s value proposition.
• Draft compelling executive summaries and narratives tailored to client needs.
• Design and implement cost models and pricing strategies aligned with project scope and client expectations.
• Conduct competitive analysis and research industry benchmarks to ensure pricing competitiveness.
• Ensure cost estimates are accurate and align with resource availability and timelines.
• Coordinate with senior management to review and refine proposals for accuracy, consistency, and competitiveness.
• Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders to address changes in client or project requirements promptly.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals to meet client deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in cost modeling tools and software; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with proposal management tools like RFPIO or similar platforms is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to interpret complex data for actionable insights.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in proposals.
- Experience in managing multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs or client requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or related roles.
- Prior experience in a technical, engineering, or sales environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with pricing models, competition analysis, and general proposal principles.
