HCC Coders (Chennai/Coimbatore/Hyderabad/Bangalore)

We are looking for experienced HCC Coders based out of India (Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai) to join us as full-time Independent Contractors (40hrs/week, no work no pay, no benefits, open-ended contract) for a client onsite work. Equipment will be provided.

The hiring client is based in Houston Texas but the work shall be in India.

Work Requirements:

Certification: CPC, CRC, or CCS certification (required); additional HCC certification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HCC coding experience with a strong understanding of ICD-10-CM guidelines and risk adjustment models.
Knowledge: Proficiency in HCC coding, risk adjustment, Medicare Advantage, and CMS regulations.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with EHR and coding software; experience with Talix, Environ preferred.
Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing and coding medical records.

Contractor requirements:

Amenable to share PAN and Adhar for background check purposes.
Amenable to sending monthly invoices for hours worked and getting paid after 7 business days.
Preferably can start ASAP or no longer than 30 days notice.
