Summary
The OTC Analyst provides contracts and pricing support within the SAP system, with a focus on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Price Uploader. This is an onsite opportunity based in Houston, Texas, offering a competitive salary package, generous benefits, and job security. The role falls under the Order to Cash (OTC) group, an end-to-end function starting with order gathering and concluding with invoicing (excluding cash or AR transactions). Responsibilities include advising the business development or sales team on quotation details and arrangements, reviewing contract terms for completeness, collaborating with country resources on contract execution, and maintaining regional price books and databases within SAP. The OTC Analyst may also participate in district audits and ensures precise data entry into SAP. This role is part of the Finance & Accounting (F&A) Division, with flexibility for role transfers if needed.
Responsibilities
• Provides contracts and pricing support within the SAP system, emphasizing CLM and Price Uploader
• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert on customer contracts and pricing agreements, providing guidance to technical personnel and country resources
• Interfaces with internal personnel to provide information about contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring accurate data entry in SAP
• Collaborates with country resources on contract creation/revision, execution, expiration/updates, and adjustments for post-award changes
• May participate in district audits conducted by Finance and Accounting
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience in Contract and Pricing within an Order to Cash (OTC) or related functions, a must.
• Understanding of quotes, bid, proposal, order processing, invoicing processing a must.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be persistent to get the work done correctly and timely.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving acumen.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office Suite, Excel and Word to analyze large volume of data.
Preferred but not required:
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and collaborate effectively across departments, is a PLUS.
• Experience in project management and process optimization, is a PLUS.
• Knowledge and experience working with an Oil and Gas Field Service industry, is a PLUS.
