We are looking for experience Senior monitoring and Tools Architect to support our US team via remote.

Location: Remote India
Employment Type: Full-time Independent Contractor
Duration: Open-ended contract
Shift: US Day Shift (8 hours shift)
Equipment: Company Provided

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the client’s current monitoring, observability, and automation ecosystem and determine the strategy for migration, re-implementation, or replacement.
  • Define the future-state architecture aligned with scalability, reliability, and business separation requirements.
  • Perform gap analyses and deliver modernization recommendations
                Monitoring & Operations Platform Expertise
  • Architect and optimize monitoring solutions using:
    • ThousandEyes
    • LiveActionNX / LiveNX
    • SolarWinds (NPM, NCM, SAM, etc.)
  • CMDB / Inventory systems (ServiceNow or equivalent)
Requirements:
  • 8–12+ years of hands-on experience in monitoring, observability, automation, and network architecture roles
  • Strong technical expertise with:
    • ThousandEyes
    • LiveActionNX / LiveNX
    • SolarWinds suite
    • CMDB/Inventory systems
  • Advanced automation experience using Ansible, Python, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience integrating monitoring and observability platforms with network management solutions (e.g., Cisco ACI).
  • Ability to assess complex enterprise environments and build actionable tooling migration strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of network fundamentals, protocols, and operational workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting M&A, divestiture, or business separation programs.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, CMDB best practices, and event correlation methods.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNP/CCIE, SolarWinds SCP, etc.) are a plus
