Sales Orders & Bids (Order to Cash Team)-Remote
Client: Halliburton, Texas USA
Required: Working in an Oil & Gas Company
Work Schedule: US day Shift
Responsibilities
• Will be involved in creating the proposals / quotations based on the request received from the Business Development / Account Representatives
• Ensure that the quotations are prepared accurately, to avoid any downstream impact
• Timely closure of requests received through sales force tool.
• The individual will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance and add value to the process
• Manage service delivery and meet customer requirements as per agreed SLAs
• Should ensure customer satisfaction and process excellence
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business and previous experience working in the oil and gas industry, specifically in business development, field operations, or field engineering are preferred
• Understanding of quotes, bid, proposal and order processing a must
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Must be persistent to get the work done correctly and timely
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving acumen
• Proficient in SAP, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word in preparation of quotes and bids

Salary: between 50-150k depending on experience
