Our client is looking for a ServiceNow HAM Pro Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow HAM Pro module. The role involves streamlining workflows, improving operational efficiency, and integrating HAM Pro with third-party systems while adhering to industry best practices. The ideal candidate will manage the seamless integration of HAM Pro solutions and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to meet business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement plans to improve ServiceNow HAM Pro processes and methods.
• Configure and manage ServiceNow HAM Pro components, including:
  • Stockrooms
  • Asset Health Dashboards
  • Hardware Asset Mobile Agents
• Integrate ServiceNow HAM Pro with third-party systems (e.g., Microsoft Intune) for asset management.
• Automate processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer and ensure accurate testing with the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to ensure operational success within ServiceNow HAM Pro.
• Lead and mentor technical teams to ensure the efficient use of ServiceNow HAM Pro functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage progress, and update on project status.
• Maintain knowledge of the ITIL Framework and hardware asset management best practices to enhance processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience specifically with ServiceNow HAM Pro configuration, administration, and integration.
• Expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro functionalities, including Stockrooms, Asset Health Dashboards, and Hardware Asset Mobile Agents.
• Experience with integrating Microsoft Intune or similar third-party systems into ServiceNow HAM Pro.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Flow Designer, ATF, and scripting for process automation.
• Strong knowledge of the ITIL Framework and best practices in hardware asset management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for ServiceNow HAM Pro-related issues.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration and project reporting.
• Experience leading technical teams in ServiceNow HAM Pro implementations.
