Summary | The Application Engineer – Workday Compensation & Benefits provides functional and technical expertise in configuring, integrating, and supporting Workday solutions across Compensation, Benefits, and related HCM modules. This role ensures scalable, reliable, and compliant system performance while enabling business-critical HR processes. |
Responsibilities | Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Compensation & Benefits, with exposure to adjacent modules (Payroll, Integrations, Security, Data Conversion)
Support the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-production support
Provide production support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
Monitor interfaces, data loads, and system performance, ensuring data integrity and operational stability

Qualifications | Core Competencies Preferred / Nice-to-Have Hands-on experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL, Node.js)
