Software Engineer-Hybrid
Responsibilities:
•             Develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET, React, Angular, and Azure.
•             Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy solutions.
•             Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and project planning.
•             Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
•             Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices and standards.
•             Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:

Manager/Architect Level:
- Proven experience in a managerial or architect role with a deep understanding of .NET, React, Angular, and Azure.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Senior Software Engineers:
- Extensive experience with .NET, React, Angular, and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Mid-Level Software Engineers:
- Solid experience with .NET, React, Angular, and Azure.

Demonstrated ability to work on complex projects and deliver high-quality solutions
