Responsibilities:
Develop ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions
  • Build dashboards, scorecards, and reports
  • Analyze data trends and performance gaps
  • Configure thresholds, alerts, and forecasting models
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy Collaborate with stakeholders on analytics requirements
Qualification:
3–5+ years experience with ServiceNow (ITSM modules)
  • Experience in reporting, dashboards, and data visualization
  • Strong data analysis and KPI development skills
  • Familiarity with Performance Analytics module
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
