We are hiring / Global Payroll Administrative Specialist (US,Canada)-Remote Manila
Responsibilities:

  • HR Master Data Management:
    • Administer U.S. and Canadian international PCR activations for employee HR master data.
    • Ensure corrections of PCR and payment errors, including validating payroll change requests from managers.
    • Validate salary wage type and currency selections to prevent employee over/under payments.
  • Payroll Reviews and Approvals:
    • Conduct reviews and approval processes for payroll data when employees request changes to personal information.
  • Error Resolution:
    • Research and resolve errors related to EC to ECC HR Master Data replication.
    • Resolve ECC banking replication errors and rejections (domestic & international).
  • Cross-Functional Training:
    • Be available for cross-training in payroll functions as needed to support other team members.
  • Payroll Calculation and Administration:
    • Handle end-to-end payroll calculation for U.S. and Canadian employees.
    • Administer payroll-related queries between payroll vendors and payees.
  • Payroll Tax Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian payroll tax regulations.
  • Payroll Migration & Testing:
    • Assist with payroll migration processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Payroll Master Data Management:
    • Manage and update payroll master data to ensure accurate processing.
  • Systems Utilization:
    • Work with ADP GlobalView and SAP SuccessFactors for payroll processing and data management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in U.S. and Canadian payroll administration.
  • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP GlobalView and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian payroll tax regulations.
Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
