Flexera Technical-Functional Specialist-Hybrid India

Schedule: US Day Shift
Responsibilities:

Review and resolve data quality issues within the Flexera system.
Support day-to-day operations of Flexera including product catalog management on App Broker.
Create and manage manual allocations and conduct maintenance operations on the Beacon landscape.
Assist in Flexera upgrades and manage change processes for OS patches and server maintenance/upgrades.
Review application health states and performance metrics to ensure system availability.
Troubleshoot integration issues and perform data load reviews to ensure seamless operations.
Configure reports and dashboards to support other SAP functions effectively.

Qualifications:

Above 2 years of experience with Flexera tools and operations.
Strong understanding of standard integration processes and troubleshooting methodologies.
Technical proficiency with SQL queries and PowerShell scripting.
Experience in product catalog management specific to software and IT asset management.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze health states and performance.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
